AI is a bit of guilty pleasure for me too, especially when it comes to image creation (AI conjured up a photo of what my dog would look like as a human (v. handsome man). Your toy in a box is fabulous by the way 🤩
As an assistive technology for my disabilities (deafness & sight loss) it is hugely empowering. But as you say, there are major drawbacks.. so it’s just getting the balance right I guess.
I tried it on my son's dog and then turned myself into a dog and a rabbit. Weirdly, another thing I heard a few people doing was to describe themselves in Chatgpt and see what came up. My daughter-in-law was spooky. I assume they have a picture of her somewhere that they used. My son's one wasn't bad, but not as accurate on facial features. I also love it because I am creative, but useless at physical creativity. My drawing is awful. My handwriting is even worse. But to create a poster on a screen and print it, and if it eventually works, means so much to me.
